PCBA

We provide comprehensive Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers) with a highly flexible and responsive setup.

Box-build

Wire Harness

We offer wire harness and cable assembly services as both a standalone solution and as part of our integrated board assembly offerings.

Our facility is equipped with a range of advanced tools, including:

  • Automatic end-to-end crimping machines
  • semi-automatic crimp machines
  • A wide selection of applicators for various crimp types
  • Multiple manual tools to handle diverse harness requirements

We manufacture cable assemblies from 14 AWG to 26 AWG, supporting multiple crimp and connector configurations to meet exact customer specifications with precision and consistency.

Testing & Validation

At Sahasra all products go through various stages of validation and testing such as AOI, SPI, ICT, X-Ray, Vibration Testing, and Functional Testing as well as drop tests to ensure product and packaging are as per customer requirements before being released for shipment.

PCB Fabrication

We manufacture PCBs in-house through one of our business units ITPL, offering a full range from Metal Core and Single-Sided PCBs to complex Multi-Layer boards.

All boards are produced in compliance with IPC Class II standards and are UL approved, ensuring high reliability and quality.

Our PCB facility is equipped to handle:

  • Minimum hole size:2 mm
  • Track width/spacing: 5 mil / 5 mil
  • Surface finishes: Lead-Free HASL, ENIG, and OSP

Logistics

Logistics plays a vital role in our customer service strategy. To ensure timely and reliable delivery, most of our shipments are door-delivered through our strategic partnerships with FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
